Founded by Keren Sosa and Ashley Tavarez, The Quench Cove was born from a shared passion for hospitality, creativity, and creating memorable moments. Our story began in Beverly Hills, where the two co-founders met while co-managing a restaurant. Working together in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment sparked a partnership that would grow into a journey through luxury bartending, celebrity events, brand activations, weddings, and exclusive private celebrations.
